QU70 is a type of crane rail. U75V and U71Mn are two different types of rail steel materials, which are often used to manufacture crane rails such as QU70. QU70 rail steel is mainly used to lay crane trolley and trolley tracks. It is suitable for places such as ports, mines, steel plants, and hydropower stations where large cranes are used to lift heavy objects.

U75V, “U” indicates the grade of the rail, “75” indicates the carbon content range, and “V” indicates that the steel contains vanadium, which is an alloy element used to improve the strength and toughness of steel. The tensile strength is greater than or equal to 980N/mm², with high strength and hardness, good wear resistance and fatigue resistance, and can withstand large loads and impacts.

U71Mn has a carbon content of 0.65%-0.77%, a manganese content of 1.1%-1.5%, a silicon content of 0.15%-0.35%, and phosphorus and sulfur contents of no more than 0.04%. The addition of manganese can improve the strength and toughness of steel, while ensuring a certain degree of plasticity and toughness. The tensile strength is greater than or equal to 880N/mm², with good comprehensive mechanical properties, able to withstand various loads and impacts during the operation of the crane, and has a certain degree of wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
