QU100 GB crane rail is a steel rail commonly used for laying large crane rails. The special cross-sectional design and material characteristics of QU100 rails give it a high load-bearing capacity. It is generally suitable for a load-bearing range of 80-100 tons, and can withstand the weight of large cranes and the dynamic loads generated when lifting goods. U71Mn steel is usually used. This material has high strength and toughness, with a tensile strength of not less than 880N/mm², which can withstand the load and impact during the operation of the crane, ensuring the service life and safety of the rail.
