GB Heavy Railroad Steel Rails mainly include 50kg/m, 60kg/m and 75kg/m. The tensile strength of 50kg/m rails is not less than 880MPa, and the elongation after fracture is not less than 9%. If the 60kg/m rails are made of U71Mn material, the tensile strength is not less than 880MPa, and the elongation after fracture is not less than 8%; if the U75V material is used, the strength and hardness are relatively higher. 75kg/m rails are usually made of materials such as U77MnCr and U78CrV, which have high strength and toughness and can withstand greater loads and impacts.

Heavy Railroad Steel Rails of different specifications are used for different purposes.50kg/m rails are commonly used in general railway trunk lines, branch lines, and special railway lines such as factories and mines. 60kg/m rails are the commonly used rail types in my country’s railway trunk lines, including busy freight lines and high-speed passenger lines. 75kg/m rails are mainly used in heavy-duty railways and particularly busy sections of railways, and can withstand greater train axle weights and loads.
