Description

Rail elastic clip is used to fasten the rails to the underlying base plate together with the concrete sleeper. Usually rail clips are made of forged spring steel which is produced by hot forging process. Because of the uniform microstructure of forged clips, it is considered to be better than other metal forming process.

Fast Rail Clip

Fastclip features the unique Pandrol ‘switch on-switch off’ function, which enables fast and efficient track installation and reduced maintenance costs. Sleepers are supplied with all components held captive and the clips set in the parked position. Once the sleepers have been placed and the rail threaded:

The clips are simply pushed into the installed position
The clips can automatically achieve the correct clamping force.
